Fair. You almost never have a reasonable selection of baked goods. Why should I spend my money to get something that is my third or forth choice. It is my choice to go there, so you should strive to make the experience pleasant to draw me back. Why not try recording the time that you run out of a particular baked good, then for those that habitually go early order more and cut back on those that are obviously lower down on people preference list. As well, wiping down the tables and staying on top of bussing them would make for a more congenial atmosphere.
On the up side, the staff are generally friendly and pleasant and you have some comfortable chairs for sitting and talking.
